These are my perspectives about NLP, based on my own experience with it…
NLP is powerful tool for Personal and Professional development
NLP Techniques can be defined as a process of identifying and utilizing patterns within and without of an Individual
It works by bringing unconscious processes into conscious awareness and thereby helps an individual create more and better choices
NLP helps an individual to set very strong and clear goals, build better relationships,
observe and listen more deeply and build behavior flexibility for achieving those goals. ( 4 Pillars of NLP – The NLP Execution process )

It helps in pacing,leading,motivating and coaching self and others. NLP is from results to theory. It is derived from modelling behaviors of excellence, identifying and coding the specific strategies, belief and value systems involved. The practical applications of NLP are manifold – frameworks for dealing with challenges, techniques for managing emotions, logical levels of initiating and sustaining change are a few of them.
